Typical systems currently installed include that of a complete rework/refurbishment to an already installed RO plant. We set out with the aim to reduce the waste water aspect and environmental impact. With the addition of pH correction on the RO feed water, we were able to increase the recovery rate or yield from 75% to 80% with the maximum being 85%. The system was designed to accept the client's own SCADA communications equipment and training was provided for on-site engineers. As with all systems we design, processes are automated and are programmed by our specialist engineers to ensure efficient use with minimum maintenance implications. Training for on-site engineers in the operation of the system can be arranged.
